💫 Gymnastics Fundamentals Class for Beginners! • Two part course on Thursday evenings for adult beginners. 7:30-9pm for two consecutive weeks. 💚 If you are new to Koorana - your first class is FREE! Just request to join for June 4. 💙 A structured two part introduction to basic gymnastic forms and shapes for total newbies! This mini course offers a segway into all of our AdultGym programs across both venues. If you have never participated in gymnastics before, it’s been a while, or you have some experience but need to tidy up your basics, this is the perfect place to start. Foundational floor movements will be emphasised, in order to progress safely and confidently into other programs. Note! This mini course runs on a rolling intermittent schedule, depending on demand, and is offered on the basis that participants attend both sessions over 2 consecutive weeks. Introducing a community focussed movement program for home school families! 🤸🎨 Supporting participants of all abilities, to move, connect and build friendships. Fostering physical, mental and social wellbeing. These classes offer safe and fun movement learning opportunities, in an exciting gymnastics space! FAMILIES MOVING TOGETHER! This program welcomes primary school age children of all abilities. Classes are activity-based, where individuals choose movement goals that are important to them, within a semi-structured, skills-based and creatively focussed environment. Classes also offer group focussed themes and engagement. Children are required to be accompanied and supported by a participating adult for the entire class, which may be a parent, carer or Allied Health Professional. We encourage adults to be curious and active alongside children. NDIS and other participants requiring low level support are encouraged to join. ⭐️❤️ Accelerated pathways program clinic #1 Well done to our athletes who attended the first APP Clinic for 2026! The athletes worked with lead coaches on each apparatus and focused on refining and developing their skills. We are looking forward to the next clinic in July! 😄💚
